About
The Meeting Cost Calculator helps you understand the real dollar cost of your meetings based on attendee salaries, meeting duration, and how often the meeting occurs.
How It Works
We calculate the per-hour cost of each attendee based on their annual salary and a standard 2,080 working hours per year (52 weeks × 40 hours). The total meeting cost is the per-minute cost of all attendees multiplied by the meeting duration.
Salary Data
The salary presets are rough estimates based on publicly available data from sources like Glassdoor and levels.fyi. They are intended as starting points — you can always enter a custom salary for more accurate results.
